Benjamin Ntaganira is a legal professional with over 15 years of experience in various legal fields, and has worked extensively with international NGO’s, international financial institutions and lenders, multinationals and Government institutions advising them in matters related to international investment and trade, project finance, due diligence, company creation, shareholders’ agreements, confidentiality agreements, non-disclosure agreements, joint venture agreements, share purchase agreements, mergers and acquisitions, labor and employment matters, real estate, insurance, and litigation especially commercial and labor and employment cases. He has also served as Company Secretary as well as a Non-Executive Director on different Company Boards.
Mr. Benjamin Ntaganira has studied/lived/worked in Burundi, Rwanda, Canada, Italy, the Democratic Republic of Congo; he is fluent in English and French, and conversant in Italian and 4 other languages used in some African countries. He holds an LL.M in International Law and International Politics from Université du Quebec à Montréal (Québec-Canada), and an LL.M in American Law and International Legal Practice from Loyola Law School (Los Angeles-USA), and has been exposed to both Civil and Common law systems.
Mr. Benjamin Ntaganira was admitted as an Advocate to the Rwanda Bar Association and a member of the East African Law Society in 2005.
